Hi! I'm Graciela. I would describe my therapeutic approach as collaborative and flexible. I love catering my approach to your unique interests. Our work might include creating art, discussing emotions, writing, watching a video, playing games, and anything else you can dream up. My goal is to be training wheels on your bike and support and guide you until you are able to "ride" by yourself. I hope to provide a safe and authentic space for my clients to explore and process their emotions and thoughts, express themselves, and heal from past experiences.
There is no "one size fits all" approach. My integrative holistic approach allows me to tailor to clients' unique needs, experiences, and backgrounds. I prefer to have as many tools under my belt as possible. Some of my treatment specialities include PTSD/trauma symptoms, attachment styles, relational conflict, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.
Everyone can benefit from therapy at some point because life will throw curveballs. I believe that you are the leader and the expert of your own life and will work hard to make sure you are supported as you learn to navigate through life's various experiences and challenges.
