In this busy fast paced world of expectations and managing several roles at once, we all need time to decompress, focus, and nurture ourselves. A safe place to heal, process, and work through difficult emotions and problem solve is crucial. I am here to support and assist in working through the difficulty of those emotions. I work with adolescents, young adults and individuals who encounter challenges & life struggles and are ready to develop the ability to cope effectively. Together we reach alternative solutions to find peace within self and the ability to manage successfully through the roadblocks we encounter in life.
I specialize with core issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, life transitions, women's health, young adulthood changes, grief, self-esteem, divorce, and PTSD/Trauma. My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at and together we identify the goals you want to work on to work towards personal growth and healing.
Bilingual; English and Spanish speaking. I have 24 years experience working in various mental health capacities as a therapist, supervisor and leadership roles.
