I am a holistic trauma therapist combining aspects of mind, body, and soul to assist you in the road to healing. Together we will unlock thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep you stuck in unhealthy patterns. I have a personalized approach to therapy that combines philosophical aspects of eastern & western psychology such as mindfulness, meditation, and shadow/inner child work with an emphasis in EMDR, IFS, and CBT foundations. I also believe in creating balance through lifestyle changes like diet, exercise, and relaxation are essential to your overall wellbeing.
