My experience has been with adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, and emotion regulation. I enjoy incorporating CBT, DBT, and somatic approaches into sessions to help learn ways of thinking, and ways to calm one’s body as well.

Each persons mental health journey is unique and I am here to hold space for your story and your needs. We can work through different approaches to suit your needs whether you want to learn new ways to manage anxiety, work on ways to cope with depression, or you need support around your specific situation.
