Relationships expose our deepest wounds, fears, desires, and needs. I work with young adults and couples in their 20s and 30s who are looking to create more connected and fulfilling relationships with others and themselves. I specialize in helping people who struggle with relationship anxiety and relationship issues to find solutions to the disconnect and anxiety they experience relationally. I’ll help you to recognize relational patterns and how we can start to create new ways of relating to others and yourself. I’ll guide you to increased self-awareness while giving you tools and skills to decrease anxiety and build self-compassion, boundaries, and self-esteem. I often work with people who have experienced relational trauma.
I help couples to decode what each person's behaviors are really trying to communicate through attachment therapy and EFT. I use Gottman to give couples the tools to communicate more effectively.
