In a world that often tells us to figure everything out on our own, asking for help is a true sign of strength. As a clinician, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can work to create change.
My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. Together, we will develop the tools to reach your goals. I utilize modalities of CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in school, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment settings. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My passion for being a therapist stems from the belief that every person deserves to live a fulfilling life. I hope to guide you, empower you, and help you tap into your unique strengths. Feel free to reach out at any time to see if it might be a good fit. I look forward to helping you take the next step in your journey, and creating a life you love.
