I help people of all ages (individuals, couples, and families) in building self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-trust to support them in shaping the changes they want to see.
I am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and self-image issues. I enjoy offering somatic practices to support the mental processing work. In session, I may offer practices like meditation, breathwork, art, or simply talking things through depending on what actually works for you.
