As a trauma informed clinician, our sessions will explore how past experiences have shaped the way you view life, including the habits and behaviors that you feel are holding you back. Together we can explore ways to heal.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, emotion/mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, eating disorders, and addictions. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, techniques and practical tools based on your individual needs to help you feel empowered in your healing journey.
