I am a clinical counselor but draw on eastern practices of meditation and energy body work. Listening is the foundation of my counseling approach because at the end of the day I believe our intuition and wisdom knows how to heal ourselves. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself by providing a compassionate and safe space.
