I believe everyone has the ability to succeed and positively cope with stressors in life, but many of us simply need help accessing the necessary tools. I entered the counseling profession with the desire to serve others suffering from damaged relationships and declining self-esteem—and to help them ultimately achieve wellness, freedom and healing. You don’t have to go through this alone. I take a compassionate, genuine and client-centered approach to my work as we pursue changes using a Family Systems/holistic approach to therapy. My couples work is rooted in the research of the Gottman Institute in conjunction with EFT.
My approach is centered on the individual needs of every client I work with, validating the connection between mind, body, relationships, culture and spirit. I hope to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, productive, healing, and beneficial. It's never too late to ask for help and together we can work together to uncover change and wholeness.
It can be difficult to navigate life especially when we’re impacted by trauma, troubling family patterns, in addition to a myriad of other factors. As your therapist, it is my purpose to collaboratively aid you in seeking freedom from isolation and fear. To let you know that you have support and someone is here to help.
