Hello and welcome! I am a Masters Level Counseling Practitioner. Counseling often feels like an overwhelming and daunting process. Thank you for choosing to be brave. My passion for counseling started as a youth leader at my church. Students came with all sorts of struggles, from suicidality to panic attacks. Through facing their fears, they found the courage and faith to rediscover hope and strength. Together, I hope to help you do the same.
I welcome teens and adults (13+) from all backgrounds. My experience includes working with teens in school and adults in mental health inpatient settings. Interventions are tailored to each client but include a mixture of CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions. I take a collaborative approach and integrate faith into counseling if desired.
