I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life and stressors related to issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity, school/work conflicts, and family and relationship problems. I provide professional, relatable, and flexible cognitive- behavioral based therapeutic services.
