In session, I primarily use interventions of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, art & creativity, and somatic processing. I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions and trauma.
I received a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah, and am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in Los Angeles, CA
