This person will likely be seeking a way to organize/experience/work through thoughts and feelings enough to increase their overall health and enjoyment in their lives.
I am passionate about helping others in processing thoughts/feelings and building a better relationship with themselves. I aim to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, create safe space and support others on their journey towards increased awareness and enjoyment in their lives. I believe in the power of connection, gratitude and self actualization.
