Currently accepting new clients! Whether this is your first time looking for a therapist or you are coming back to therapy, I want to honor the courage, time and energy it took to get here. With clients, I hope to cultivate a space where folxs feel seen, heard and supported in working towards the life they envision for themselves. I work with teens and adults around anxiety, depression, perfectionism, Racial & Ethnic identity development, Gender & Sexual identity development and trauma related to your family of origin.
As a 2nd generation immigrant, my work is shaped by my own experiences balancing expectations of my family & community with my own wellbeing. I have extensive experience working with immigrant communities, especially in understanding and navigating intergenerational dynamics.
My work is client-centered, strength based and rooted in social justice principles. I draw from several modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I hope to cultivate a collaborative, trusting and gentle space where you feel comfortable in being your most authentic self.
