I offer individual, couples & group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents, taking an integrative holistic approach to treatment. If you are navigating challenges with anxiety, OCD, depression, family/relationship conflicts, trauma, women's issues, low self-esteem, impulsivity, or a life transition, we may be a good fit! My expertise is in integrative psychotherapy, where I draw from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, ACT, relational & strengths-based approaches to provide individualized treatment. If you have a spiritual practice or faith, I also incorporate your faith and spiritual practices into our work.
My supportive, hands-on style is designed to assist you in building a toolbox of skills to take with you. Whether you are looking to overcome anxiety or depression, process trauma, or work on relationships/dating, I am actively invested in motivating you to challenge negative thinking, change undesired patterns, and embrace your true potential.
I also incorporate a values-based perspective, which I have found helps us better understand our emotional and physical experience and helps us find clarity on what holds meaning in our lives. Groups
DBT Skills Group - Virtual
This is a virtual DBT Skills Group that meets via Zoom. The group is didactic, feeling more like a class, and we learn DBT skills across four modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. We spend 5-weeks on each module, totaling 20 weeks for the program. The next program starts on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. This group is a great fit for those who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, stop engaging in challenging or impulsive behaviors, manage conflict effectively and/or improve relationships.
