Being a kid during these modern times is difficult, and asking for help is courageous when life begins to feel a little too much. I have a particular passion providing mental health care for children, adolescents, and young adults, and have a special interest working with neurodivergence and anxiety disorders. In my work with you, I will provide a safe space for you and your child to explore current therapeutic concerns and work to address them using evidence-based modalities and interventions - all while being your biggest cheerleader, every step of the way!
I have experience working with clients ages 5+ in community, school and clinical mental health settings. I rely on play and other age-appropriate interventions to assist in addressing therapeutic goals. Additionally, I work from a systemic-based lens, where I often work with both kiddos and parents to foster a more nurturing home life for all.
I recognize how hard it can be to find a space where one can be seen and heard without judgement. I will use a compassionate, strengths-based approach to foster connection, growth, and support, and I will work collaboratively with you and your child to achieve therapeutic success.
