I enjoy seeing the pride my clients have when they've succeeded in reaching their goals. These goals are often hidden in everyday stressors and the challenges we face, and by exploring challenges in a safe environment, I support my clients in unlocking their goals and fulfilling them.
Each person, while having unique psychology and brain chemistry, is an active participant in their environment, whether that be a school, work setting, family, or relationship. We are all influenced by others, and we all have the potential to change our lives. With this in mind, depending on individual needs, I help clients to advocate for positive change.
