My approach is warm, direct, & involves some humor (because laughing usually helps!)
My typical clients come in struggling with anxiety, relationships issues, self-esteem, or healing after complex trauma. I’m trained to treat PTSD and trauma-related issues with Brainspotting & EMDR. I have training in EFT and have completed Assessing & Treating Sexual Issues in Psychology Level 1 for working with couples.
