You won't hear me dispensing answers or advice, but I will continue to invite you into a process of self-discovery and curiosity. That way you will be able make decisions that align with the core of who you are. I do therapy with both a relational and big picture lens, as well as utilizing strategies from Internal Family Systems Theory.
I love working with clients around body image, life transitions, the unique stress women experience, general anxiety and depression. I am a HAES and fat friendly mental health therapist. I also work well with those who are experiencing a change or questioning of their faith or religious beliefs.

Groups
High School Support Group
HIGH SCHOOL SUPPORT GROUP High school is tough and this limited-time group is meant to support and help your teen process and grow in healthy ways. It is open to all genders. Wednesdays, (Mid-September through mid-December; new group starts again in January) from 6-7 pm, taking holiday weeks off. We ask for commitment for at least 9 out of 12 sessions. Per session fee of $70; select insurances or self-pay accepted.
