My typical client would say they’re a high achiever, “successful” on paper, and struggle with symptoms of anxiety, perfectionism, depression, low self esteem, or challenges with relationships and boundaries. I work with individuals who have a history of relational trauma or injury, grief and loss, or are navigating life transitions or changes.
My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and emotion-focussed. I am direct and compassionate, and believe therapy should be collaborative. I accept adults ages 18+, couples, and enjoy working with college and graduate students. I am LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming.
