I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and work primarily with adult women and couples. The primary modalities I utilize are Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also have a background in biochemistry and understand that our bodies play a huge role in our mental health.
