Hello! I am so glad you are here. Starting therapy is a big step, and reading this alone is such an act of courage and self-compassion! As a clinician I aim to create a space where I can meet you exactly where you are and provide a warm, safe, and judgement free space. I am passionate about helping you learn to love pieces of yourself that may have been hard to before and rewrite the relationship with self. I will aim to help you unlearn negative beliefs and begin to change relationship patterns that no longer serve you. I work well with people pleasers, people who struggle to set boundaries, and those who long to find healing.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. However, what is most important to me is tailoring my approach in session to meet each individuals client's needs. You are so uniquely you, and I aim to honor that in our time together.
I have received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently under the supervision of Sara Hopkins LMT 928.
