Hello, my name is Grace from Resilient Roots Therapy and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to greater well-being and inner peace. At Resilient Roots, we believe that resilience is not merely a trait that one may possess, but rather a process rooted in one’s core being. I have experience working with a diverse population of clientele and I’m trained in several different psychotherapy modalities, including but not limited to Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT).
