I love to connect with people where ever they are in their life whether it be navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, relationships both personal and professional. My passion is working with families of all kinds (parents, caregiver and children) to help them navigate whatever stressors or barriers they feel they have and who are looking for help managing the day in and day out aspects/struggles of raising kids and also managing their own overall well-being. I have spent over 10+ years working with families navigating their own mental and behavioral health.
I enjoy supporting clients with identifying what goal(s) they want to focus and how to set realistic and achievable steps to accomplish those goals. I want to help my clients develop tools and interventions that can be used on a daily basis and use their strengths to help them feel empowered. I would like to be part of your journey to navigating life.
The last few years has been difficult for everyone from surviving through pandemics, other life changing historical events & the consistent flood of information that we are trying to process day in and day out.
