In therapy I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore what is on their minds. Using a variety of approaches tailored to each individual, I strive to help clients (re)connect to their own inner resources and to develop new skills to help make challenges feel less overwhelming.
Beginning therapy for the first time or beginning with a new therapist can itself be an anxiety-producing process. I hope to talk with you to decide whether I am a good fit.
