Hey there! Therapy is one of those things that takes time to figure out. It is your personal timeline and something that deserves to be explored at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I want to welcome you to explore pieces of yourself that might be a little challenging with support and safety.
I use a variety of different techniques such as using an attachment-based approach as I believe that so much of our lives are intertwined together. I also use mindfulness and person-centered conversations. I want to provide services tailored to each person who walks through my door because everyone is different.
I received a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy & am working towards my license, under the supervision of Katie Scott LMFT 1471.
