My passion is working with all who have suffered, loss, pain, trauma and anything else that can make life hard. I enjoy supporting parents, students, third culture kids and immigrants . I offer therapeutic care on issues including emotional challenges, trauma, life transitions, what it means to parent in our modern world, how to cope with being an outsider in the US and how to navigate our stories of pain. I believe that caring for our emotional wellbeing is such important & lifegiving work.
I have worked a lot with parents with young children & am very passionate about early intervention & educating parents on social & emotional needs of thier children. I am a third culture kid so have done training on how to support this group.I also have worked with collage students & have expirence working with trauma, transition, grief & much more!
I see my role as a therapist to create a safe space for clients to feel accepted & cared for. I also believe that providing & education on our emotional health can be transformative. We all carry stories of pain and heartache, in order to experience transformation we need to be able to tell our stories.
