I also has experience helping clients navigate life transitions, grief & loss, as well as develop interpersonal skills to manage relationship issues at home, work, and school. My style is affirming, supportive, and insight-driven - with a dash of real-world skills to manage day-to-day experiences & symptoms. While I’ve treated clients across the lifespan with many different challenges, I find a great deal of joy supporting adolescents, young adults & college students.
