In my work, I rely heavily on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Satir while also sprinkling in concepts like attachment theory and other evidence-based strategies. I received both my Bachelor's and Master's at the University of Oregon. While I accept all types of clients, I have spent my time primarily providing services to teens and families.
