I approach my work with clients from the perspective that mental and emotional challenges are often a sign that something is out of balance. While this imbalance may be uncomfortable, even deeply painful at times, it can be a strong motivator for change. Positive change occurs when we are willing to bring our full awareness to our lives, including the difficult and painful parts. This process is facilitated by a safe, supportive environment and a willingness to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and engaging with the world.
I work to create just such an environment with my clients where together, we can explore how to bring areas of concern back into alignment. My approach is client-centered with an emphasis on holistic well-being and a focus on existential/transpersonal work.
I am currently accepting new clients and would love to speak with you about how I can assist in creating or deepening a sense of well-being in your life.
