I utilize an integrative and evidence based approach to fit each individual’s situation and resources. Through creating a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship, my goal is to provide a space where clients can feel safe exploring their full potential.
I believe in a holistic, but realistic, trauma-informed perspective when working together to find the best form of treatment.
