My approach to counseling is Holistic and I view counseling in terms of a partnership. I am not a an expert in your life as you are the only one who has lived through your own experience . My hope is that we work together in order to understand your story and work to authoring a new one that fits who you are and who you want to be.
I specialize in primarily using narrative and personal centered approaches to help my clients author a story that is congruent to who they are currently.
