Through an eclectic psychotherapeutic approach I combine both evidenced based interventions with creative elements to design a compassionate, holistic approach to your journey. Art, nature, music and mindfulness are combined to your comfort but I hope to challenge exploration so that you can discover, heal, gain insight, find peace and vigor on your journey.
