I currently treat individuals for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life and health transitions from age 17 up to those in their 80's. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you create realistically achievable goals that are specific to your needs. I have worked in rural, suburban, and urban settings with people from all walks of life.
