My specialty is psychoanalytic psychotherapy informed by multicultural psychology. This is a way of understanding why we do what we do, within multiple contexts, with the goal of having more freedom – freedom to think and choose for ourselves. The ultimate goal of our work is to build empathy, most importantly for ourselves and, by extension, for others.
