Hi, I'm Dr. Meg, the owner of Golden Heart Therapy. I have been a professor of Marriage and Family Therapy and have worked as a supervisor and therapist in private practice. At Golden Heart Therapy, we specialize in our work with children, couples, and individuals. We help with various problems, including couple conflict, divorce, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, and more. We believe each person holds the key to their own inherent growth and change. We want to help you uncover those strengths.
We specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. Our staff specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal/postpartum mental health treatment. We will help you uncover your most authentic self so you can start feeling more fulfilled as soon as possible.
