Life’s challenges can lead to feeling stuck in negative patterns, resulting in anxiety, depression, or stress. Relationships may become strained, and daily tasks can become overwhelming. I am deeply committed to helping individuals, couples, and families discover solutions and improve their quality of life. I offer a supportive space to process experiences and collaborate on developing healthier thought patterns and behaviors for improved well-being. I also strive to offer culturally competent services that respect and address unique cultural perspectives.
My area of focus is utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, marital or family conflict, and behavior modification. As an Asian American therapist, I am also dedicated to normalizing mental health discussions within the Asian community.
Accepting new clients ages 4 and up, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. I meet with clients in-person and through telehealth. I value creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients by approaching them with a warm, honest, and empathetic communication style. It would be an honor to be part of your journey.
