My work has focused on children, adolescents, adults, and families in community agencies and forensic settings for over 10 years. I meet individuals where they are on their life-body-spirit continuum, ensuring they feel involved and valued in their healing process. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered journey, which is at the heart of my practice. I use an integrative, trauma-informed, strength-based, and holistic approach to help individuals heal and maximize their life experiences physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I specialize in childhood, adolescent, and adult trauma using cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential/humanism therapy, and family systems approaches. My training in Eye Movement Desensitization Relaxation, allows me to help individuals with anxiety, depression, mood, gender identity issues, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
