I am a bilingual (Spanish) clinician who is focused on helping adults find their path to mental health recovery. Being in the clinical field for over eight years has allowed me to work with individuals from all walks of life. I have an extensive background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) though I use an eclectic client centered approach unique to each client's individual needs.
