I specialize in ADHD coaching for adults and teens, I also work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and other areas of behavioral health. I use a combination of approaches from Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt and Positive Psychology, all of which will help you focus on changing your life in powerful ways.
