As an Asian American female, I am passionate about how our ethnic and social identities shape us, and I strive to explore our foundations as a way of empowering us to thrive. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults.

I draw on a variety of techniques including Strengths Based Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
