I aim to provide LGBTQIA+ BIPoC folx culturally relevant and affirmative mental health services where we may explore how larger systems of oppression have contributed to their distress. As we navigate your healing journey together, you can expect that I will utilize a trauma-focused integrative approach, where we balance fostering insight into how your past influences your present distress and coping.
I integrate the neuroscience of trauma to support your mental health and my interventions will be responsive to your individual presenting concerns and distress. I aim to empower you with knowledge, mindfulness-based coping skills, and resources to support you on your healing journey.
