I am passionate about the work I do to assist individuals and couples to become the best versions of themselves. After 20 plus years, I believe difficult relationships can become better, I believe people who are feeling stuck can achieve forward momentum, and I believe learning and gaining knowledge about human behavior can improve self worth and improve all important relationships. With my extensive knowledge about the brain, I love teaching people to achieve sustainable change, and develop an in depth understanding of themselves that assists them in becoming happier and more productive.
After my years of extensive research in the field, I will teach you everything I know about human behavior and relationships and how to apply it so you can achieve the life you desire. I have been featured on Fox News and interviewed by Washingtonian Magazine numerous times.
Maintaining a happy and healthy relationship is not always easy. Couples and individuals are guaranteed to get a lot out of my sessions because I do a lot of teaching using visuals. My goal is to give you a different lense through which to view your relationship, so that the bumps will only strengthen you.
