Therapy is widely beneficial and can be an important tool for self growth. Life can be random and chaotic, with unexpected transitions that are difficult to process. Trauma touches the lives of many people and it is great to see that many people are learning that they deserve to give themselves the opportunity to grow and heal through therapy. I am trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist but believe that a personalized, holistic approach is best. I specialize in working with trauma and anxiety disorders and have extensive experience working with teens, adults, and families going through a variety of life events and transitions.
