Like most human beings, you are doing your best trying to deal with the cards life dealt you. You are motivated and want to improve the quality of your life; only life hasn’t always provided you with the answers. If you are like most people, you have put in a lot of effort and often ended up disappointed in those ‘proven’ methods. However, your life and your brain are unique. Just like you can’t debate whether a hammer or screwdriver is ‘better’, there is no ‘best’ psychological method.
For the past 2 decades I’ve treated thousands of patients. In addition to specialized training in traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, parenting, bio/neurofeedback, anxiety & OCD therapy, I devoted my career to research & help patients understand the science behind their emotions & to learn to deal with them effectively.

NeuroWise - 12 Week CBT course
Gitty Rubin, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor who devotes herself to helping patients understand the science behind their emotions and to learn to deal with them effectively not only when it is already adversely affecting people’s lives, but also before challenging emotional patterns take root and have a negative effect on one’s life. Gitty has developed NeuroWise Therapeutics, a program that teaches these skills in weekly fun based lessons that include game play, VR experiences, & computer game based biofeedback training. Over 1000 NYC school children & families have completed this program successfully

Take The Guesswork Out Of Parenting!
Join one of our 20 hour filial therapy training groups; a modality where I train you, the parent, to conduct play therapy sessions with your child. Learning how to conduct these sessions encourages a deeper understanding of your child, and in turn boosts your confidence in your parental instincts. Once parents develop the skill to accurately understand their child, they find that they instinctively know which parenting approach to use on their own.
