Navigating the complex landscape of mental health challenges, whether personal or within your family, can feel overwhelming. I provide individual therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety disorders, Tourettes, OCD, PTSD, depression, severe emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and comorbid learning and emotional challenges.
My practice is founded in CBT and DBT, although I integrate psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness and acceptance-based models, play therapy, and attachment-focused approaches, to meet the specific needs of each individual. I also adopt a relational style and bring my interpersonal qualities of warmth, authenticity, and playfulness into every session.
