My clients come with different concerns, some may be going through terrible emotional pain due to loss, grief, relationship issues, or specific traumas. Some are feeling lost and isolated and want to find meaning in their lives. People come seeking therapy and coaching for different reasons. Teaching people how to deal with emotions is imperative. Developing emotional intelligence in a world where isolation is rampant and addictions are easy to fall into, is part of my goal.

Licensed clinical psychologist and certified coach, my aim is to help clients become their best selves. I am not a believer in long-term therapy but in learning tools and addressing issues that are preventing growth. My humanistic philosophy supports the premise that all organisms strive to be complete, we all aim at growing, developing, and finding balance.

Learning skills and tools to traverse the world we live in is important. Unfortunately, these tools are not taught in school. Throughout our development, we adopt coping mechanisms that can lead to problems, yet it is never too late to learn adaptive skills that will allow us to enjoy life.
