I know that I was put on this earth to support, and help others in their healing journey in regard to unprocessed trauma, and learning healthy life and coping skills. I will support you in how to apply these in your day to day life and/or process and heal from any unprocessed trauma. We often hold a lot of unprocessed trauma in our bodies without realizing how much of an impact it has in our interaction with our environments, and relationships. I am here to support you in improving your own self-awareness of yourself, and checking in with your mind, body, and emotions.
I specialize in Expressive Arts Therapy, Polyvagal Theory in Therapy, I am Trauma Informed, DBT, CBT, certified in Reiki, Sound Therapy/Healing. I use holistic and trauma-informed approaches that work with the mind, body and spirit.
