Hello y'all, I provide counseling services at River Shoals in Dahlonega and via tele-health. My approach is down to earth, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I have experience working with folks from all walks of life, and I consider the client to be the expert of their truth. I welcome those who are NEW to therapy. My areas of special interest and experience are men's issues, past childhood-trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and conflict/miscommunication among couples. My experience includes working with both men and women survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, self-harm, and childhood trauma, in addition to working with all types of couples.

My focus is to create a safe and inviting space to encourage honest, purposeful exploration into past and present adversities. I aspire to provide a non-judgemental space for individuals to redefine past trauma responses and learn new coping techniques in their journey towards optimum mental hygiene.
